Challenge
Our client set out to build a football academy that didn’t just train athletes — but inspired a movement across sports, technology, and youth empowerment.
In response to the dynamic shifts in their industry landscape and a desire to connect more effectively with a younger audience, our client recognized the imperative for a comprehensive brand refresh.
Driven by a commitment to remaining current, aligning with contemporary values, and resonating authentically with a dynamic audience, the refresh encompassed a holistic approach — from visual aesthetics and messaging to a profound reimagining of the overall brand experience.

Goal
We designed a world-class brand and physical experience from the ground up — from the logo inspired by the Saudi Peninsula, to a digital-first ecosystem and smart facility integration.
The visual identity combined energizing green and deep blue hues to symbolize vitality, ambition, and trust. We executed a full spatial concept including FIFA-standard pitches, performance zones, esports facilities, and smart access linked to a custom app. The goal: to make Peninsula the benchmark for modern sports academies.

Result
Peninsula Academy now stands as a flagship destination for elite talent development — visually distinctive, digitally connected, and purpose-built to scale.
With standout signage, AI-powered training tools, family-first design, and an embedded media studio, the Academy became more than a place — it became a symbol. Our work empowered Peninsula to attract national and international partnerships, becoming a model for future-ready sports infrastructure.
